Under the Services tab. When you find the service(s) you would like on the buy it now page there is a
question form that we require you to fill out. Once you have filled out our question form you will get to the payment page. Our gateway for processing orders is through Paypal. We accept Paypal, Credit Cards & Money orders. You do not have to be signed up for paypal to order.
How does the process work?
Its very simple. Once you fill out our question form and the payment is received you will receive an
email from us shortly after it is received. We will then beging working on your logo samples or the
services samples. Most of our packages are 3 - 5 business days. Please make sure how long the
process takes. We will send you an email with a link to our web-site. Where you can view your samples.
Are the prices real? - Checking because it seems to good to be true.
We are real. The prices are real. But you of course have to be cautious. You would not give somebody money on the street. Why would you do it online?

Here are just a few recent designs that are not in the main portfolio. All of these designs were
made with no clipart or templates. They were created for our Logo Packages that were purchased by
our clients.
Can I copyright my design If you design it for me?
You have a great question. It is one that comes on a regular basis and can seem confusing to many
people.
We do not provide any kind of copyright or trademark services. No web based logo design companies
do. Just briefly... this is our responsibilities. We will design a logo from your information that we provide us on the question form. We do not do any research into whether your design idea has been
trademarked before because its a custom logo. It is highly unlikely although possible that the design
we supply has been designed by another designer and copyrighted. I say unlikely because the designs that are custom are built from the ground up. The odds of two designers coming up with the
same design is highly astronomical.
This is your responsibility: If you want to trademark the design then you need to research that yourself
with a specialist that deals with trademarks. We take no responibility for trademark issues you may
encouter. No logo design company does unless you are dealing with a large business that has a
seperate division for this. The price is obviously refelected in the service.
We will provide you with all the rights to the logo. Which once belonged to us as a designer and then
handed over to you. If you do not want us to show off your logo in our portfolio we will not. If you do then
excellent. It is your design to do as you please.
How do I receive the final files once it is approved and complete?
We will send you a link through email that will go directly to our secure server. There you will find your
zip file containing the files. (AI, EPS, JPG, GIF & PNG) If you need any other formats please let us know.
We will keep the following file on our server for an entire year. After that we will store it away on our back drive. In case you loose it or need it again sometime in the future.

How long does it take to get a logo?
Depends on the package. We offer rush services for an extra fee. For any normal package it takes 3-5
business days.
Do you offer refunds for any of your services?
On each package page it will give you information on refunds. For any logo design package you can
only request a refund on the first set of samples. However we do work until you are happy. But if you
choose redraw or revisions you forfiet your right to a refund.
I see alot of Cartoonish Artwork. Is that all you provide?
We get this question alot. We provide all kinds of styles. One of our most popular styles is cartoon.
Which is why there is so much available.
