Web-Design Refund Policy:

We do offer refunds. However this is how our refund policy works for web-sites. Once you receive
the web-design sample(s). You will have a choice between refund, revisions or ONE redraw. Please
note that if you choose refund you will only receive 50% of the money back. You will not recieve a
full refund since Web-Sites are alot harder then our other services. They also require more time.

What if I do not like the design that is provided?

Thats not an issue. We can design a redraw. However at anytime you choose Redraw or Revisions
you forfiet your right to a refund. If you choose refund you will only receive 50% back as web-sites
require alot of time to design and develop.

Do you program in ASP / PHP?

No. These packages are only for basic html, the layout & graphics matching your new logo.

What if I want a shopping cart?

We do not offer Shopping Cart programming. We have recommendations of what you could use for
your shopping cart.
